Meet Bea: Your guide to self-discovery

Discover the journey that led me to psychology and my unique approach to supporting women. I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges with understanding and empathy.

My journey to psychology

My passion for human behaviour began early, leading me to pursue a 5-year Honours degree in Psychology at Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, followed by a Master's in Clinical Psychology. My personal experience navigating the challenges of moving to a new country deepened my understanding of transitions and identity. This led me to further specialize in perinatal and postnatal health in Ireland, where I discovered the profound benefits of somatic approaches that beautifully complement my cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) training. To further enhance my holistic practice, I also trained as a yoga instructor in India, solidifying my trauma-informed approach.

A unique approach for women's well-being

My approach is rooted in extensive education and personal experience, offering a blend of evidence-based techniques with a deep understanding of the female experience. Having navigated my own challenges, including an eating disorder in my adolescence I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to our sessions. For over seven years, I've supported adults with neurodiversity, helping them understand identity challenges and explore effective coping strategies. My unique blend of CBT, somatic practices, and trauma-informed yoga creates a safe and comprehensive space for healing and growth.

Who I can help and what you can achieve

I feel I can help women who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their stories, and their bodies. Together, we can work towards increasing your confidence and helping you break free from the pressures of diet culture and "skinny talk." After working with me, women can expect to gain clarity, cultivate a more compassionate relationship with themselves, and develop sustainable strategies for navigating life's complexities. My holistic approach to women's health ensures that we address the mind, body, and spirit in your journey towards well-being.
